Changes/cancellations
of appointments: besides emergencies and unforeseen traffic conditions, all appointment changes or
cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. As I work alone and handle all of the scheduling, not to mention my
irregular and flexible schedule I really need to know about scheduling changes as far in advance as possible. This allows
me to remain available and very flexible in my scheduling. This is LA; Please be sure to leave PLENTY of commuting time
and arrive ON TIME for your appointment.
Missed appointments: Any appointment that is missed or
not cancelled in advance is subject to a cancellation charge that is equal to the cost of that visit. I must receive
this amount from you before I can reschedule you.
